Improving the production capacity of TEZHKO MACHINOSTROENE IZ AD

TEZKO MACHINOSTROENE-IZ (TM IZ) is a machine-building company in Rousse, which produces single or small series of auxiliary equipment for the automotive, cement and energy industries. The main products of the company are details, units, equipment and equipment, which are very often unique and meet customer requirements. The present project aims to overcome major company problems related to production capacity in key turning and milling operations, which have a negative impact on the whole production. In addition, the inability to guarantee 100% quality of finished products limits the potential for exporting TM IZ. The project proposal provides for the implementation of an activity to improve the production capacity of the applicant, by putting into operation of automated and high-performance milling machines and lathes. As a result of the project implementation, results will be achieved, such as improved production processes, improved efficiency and cost efficiency, improved production quality. Conditions will be created to reduce cost and improve the resource efficiency of an enterprise by overcoming bottlenecks in production at the moment. These positive trends will help develop the company and stimulate sales in the domestic and foreign markets. The project proposal falls under the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of ISIS. The investment will provide improved production capacity across the enterprise and achieve process rhythm. This will provide a higher added value for an enterprise that expects a growth in net sales revenue, an increase in export earnings, and an increase in productivity. When implementing the project, horizontal policies for equality and non-discrimination will be respected and environmental sustainability will be achieved.
