"Increasing Production Capacity in "Hokmasch" Ltd "

HOKMASH OOD is a producer of steel matrices, with the code of economic activity under NACE 2008: 25.99 Production of other metal products not qualified elsewhere. The project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of HOMMACH Ltd. and its more successful presence in the national and foreign markets by increasing the production volume, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing the production costs, improving the offered products. The project includes investments for the purchase and putting into operation of modern high-tech equipment under the "regional investment aid" regime. The assets planned to be purchased and put into service are: - Horizontal lathe with elongated body, milling function, Y axis and second spindle - 1; - Horizontal lathe with extended body, milling function - 1 pc. The project activities are aimed at improving the production capacity of HOKMASH OOD. By implementing them, the objectives set in the project will be achieved through investments aimed at: - improvement of production processes; - reduction of production costs; - improvement of the products offered. Outcomes of the project implementation: - Increasing the Internal Rate of Return - 15,32%; - Increase in net sales revenue - 59,73%; - Productivity increase - 18,72%; - Realization of export of finished products - 40,48% (Average Net Export Income for the projected period in the Business Plan). Project activities have as their main object the implementation of initial investments in tangible assets and assets to expand the capacity of an existing business site and, after its realization, the enterprise will be able to produce more than at least one of the products already produced while maintaining a basic production process.
