Improving production capacity in Dimexlift Group Ltd.

Dimexlift Group AD is a leader in the production of lifting and handling equipment in Bulgaria. The company is an annual winner of the International Technical Fair - Plovdiv. The portfolio of manufactured products includes forklifts, electric trucks, electro-platforms, special trucks and pallet trucks. DIMEX products meet all modern European standards of safety, ergonomics, efficiency and environmental friendliness. In order to maintain its position among the competitors and to achieve successful development, Dimeksliftt aims at continuous improvements in the production and modernisation of the production structure. The technological process is complicated and passes through several stages, requiring a wide range of precision machine tools and equipment, as well as continuous refurbishment. At this stage, the company's needs are related to the need to expand production capacity and optimise production. The main challenge for the company is the increased demand for high quality products processed with high technology machines, qualitative and fast execution of orders. In order to meet the needs of the market and to cover the increased volume of orders, Dimexlift Group AD has to put into operation additional production facilities and new automated equipment for production of electric trucks, forklifts and trucks. For this purpose, the company plans to buy 2 pcs, CNC vertical machining centers and 1 pc. CNC lathe. With this project, the company hopes not only to increase its productivity but also to reduce the cost of production, which would make it competitive on the external markets it is oriented to. As a result, Dimexlift Group JSC will achieve greater productivity, lower specific raw material consumption, high quality end-product and minimized industrial waste.
