Improvement of the production capacity in order to increase the "N SIE H-KACHEVI" Ltd. Competitiveness and Strengthening the Export Potential

"N SIE H-KACHEV" Ltd. is a leading company in the field of production of metal structures, profiles and other elements made of steel or sheet metal. The company's ambition is to develop its product range and improve production processes. Namely, the optimization of production processes and the expansion of technological production capabilities play an essential role in the implementation of development plans. For the quality of the production process and the products, the level of the technology park is very important, so the company has traditionally invested part of its profits in new production machines. However, part of the work processes are performed by external subcontractors, as there are prerequisites for work process delays, poor quality and lack of sufficient production capacity to close the production cycle indefinitely and to satisfy market demand volumes. These negative factors limit the opportunities for market development and growth of the company, which determines the necessity of introducing in the production of new high-tech equipment, subject of this project. The planned activity of the project is aimed at the purchase and introduction into production of a line for longitudinal cutting of steel sheet coils, which is used in one of the most essential stages of the working process - cutting of the materials used in the production of structures and profiles. Improving the quality and productivity gains in this production area will ensure a more successful presence on the domestic and foreign markets by increasing production volumes and eliminating the outsourcing services used, leading to optimization of the production process. The project falls under the category "Expansion of the Capacity of an Existing Business Site" and the envisaged investments are directly related to activities to improve the production capacity of the applicant.
