Improving the production capacity in the company SBS Design Ltd

The current project proposal envisages the realization of an investment plan of SBS Design Ltd., which produces high quality, wooden doors and furniture details for wholesale and retail customers. It involves the purchase and commissioning of a modern, high-performance CNC machining center, for the production of standard and custom made solid wood and board products. With the purchase of this machine, the company will create the necessary prerequisites for improving the production capacity and realization of exports needed to ensure sustainable growth, added value and competitive production of various doors, furniture and wooden constructions. The project proposal aims to receive a grant from SBS Design Ltd. (a production company with the potential to rapidly increase its market share) for an investment in a machine, related to the expansion of the capacity of an existing business site. The project is aimed at increasing the production capacity of the applicant, expanding the market positions and increasing the competitiveness of the company. The project is implemented on the territory of an existing business site in Shumen and is aimed at satisfying the needs of households and other corporate clients from the products produced by the company. ESB Design has well-developed trading channels with identified and established markets and customers. In connection with the planned expansion of the company's activity and internationalization, additional production capacities will be introduced by purchasing a modern, latest generation CNC machining center. The project envisages: increasing production capacity, productivity, export performance through penetration of foreign markets, and thus competitiveness as a whole, financial results (increase in net sales revenue) and strengthening of export potential.
