Improving production capacity in HELIX PRESS Ltd

This project proposal was initiated by the company-HELIX PRESS Ltd., which develops its activity in the field of the production of full-color sheet-fed printing and finishing / bookbinding / services. The design proposal of the printing works envisages the commissioning of a high-output 4-color offset printing machine 720 x 1020 mm, which should lead to the expansion of the production capacity of the company, increase its productivity, increase the efficiency of production, increase its market position and stimulating export activity. Problems will be overcome in the "technological problems" of the applicant's manufacturing process, and in particular 720/1020 mm offset printing. Saving essential resources and improving the quality of finished products will be ensured. The project envisages an increase in production for the domestic and foreign markets as well as the sustainable development of the company. The project proposal falls under the thematic area "Mechatronics and Clean Technologies" of Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization, bc. includes investments in automated and software assisted management systems with application in production. In financial terms, after implementing the pledged investments, HELIX PRESS Ltd. expects a growth in net sales revenue, an increase in export earnings and an increase in productivity. When implementing the project, horizontal policies for equality and non-discrimination will be respected and environmental sustainability will be achieved.
