Improvement of the production capacity of Stabilengineering - alfa Ltd.

Stabilengineering - alfa Ltd. was founded in 1997 as an engineering company based in Plovdiv. The company designs, manufactures, delivers, assembles and puts into operation machines and equipment, separate technological lines and complex enterprises in the food and biotechnology industry. The end products and the offered services of the company are characteristic of the single production. Stabilengineering - alfa Ltd. has its own production facilities for the manufacture of machinery and equipment constructed by the technical department. The Stabilengering-Alfa Installation Group implements a variety of technology lines in nature and complexity. The company aims to be a reliable and competent partner of its clients in the construction of a new production or in its reconstruction and modernization in accordance with the requirements of the European norms and standards. The project envisages the purchase of equipment necessary for increasing the capacity of the enterprise, product performance and quality: 1. Machine for cutting and cutting of sheet material - 1 piece; 2. Orbital cutting machine - 1 piece; 3. Constant current inverter pulse welding current - 5 pieces; 4.Inverse pulse argon welding current - 2 pieces; 5.Hydraulic abc-press - 1 item; 6. Four-shaft hydraulic sheet-blowing machine - 1 piece; 7.Hydraulic guillotine - 1 piece; 8. Universal lathe - 1 piece. After the implementation of the project activities, productivity and exports will increase. Efficiency of production costs will also increase as well as improve the quality of finished products.
