Improvement of the production capacity in CITY LUX Ltd.

"CITY LUX" Ltd. is specialized in production of various types of interior lighting - with textile covers, glass covers, wood components, ceiling lights, pliers, LED screens, etc. At present, with the available production capacities, the plant reaches its maximum production capacity and operates in full load mode. For the needs of the production of luminaires, in order to optimize the production processes and after conducting procedures for the selection of contractor, according to the requirements of Decree № 160, new high-performance equipment will be purchased and put into operation: Laser Cutting Machine - 1 pc. , Pumping machine - 1, Hydraulic bending machine - 1 pc., Prescott bending machine - 1 pc., Multiprocessing welding machine - 1 pc. and multi-operation woodworking machine - 1 pc. This purchase is essential in order to increase the production capacity of the company, its successful presence in the domestic and foreign markets by increasing the volume of produced and realized production, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity and improving the products offered. To overcome the constraints to the future development of the company, one main activity will be included: 1. "Activity to improve production capacity" Successful implementation will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing the production capacity and increasing the export potential of CITY LUX LTD. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity, increase its generated export earnings, improve the efficiency of production costs, which will result in an optimal return on the investment made. During the implementation of the project, all requirements for visualization, publicity, information and communication will be met.
