Improving the production capacity of Pandure Ltd in the sphere of unconventional equipment

Pandur Ltd. is engaged in the production of non-standard equipment for the preparation of dairy products, such as various types of cheeses. The company makes unique and innovative machines that are custom made and fully correspond to the needs and requirements of their customers. This project proposal provides for the realization of an investment plan involving the purchase and putting into operation of modern high-productivity machines to create the necessary prerequisites for improving the production capacity and enhancing the export potential needed to ensure sustainable growth, added value and competitive production of machinery and equipment for the production of cheeses . The project proposal is aimed at obtaining a grant from the company Pandur Ltd (a production company with the potential to rapidly increase its market share) for investments in assests - 2, related to the expansion of the capacity of an existing business site: automated water cutting machine of metal and CNC hydraulic abc press. The project is aimed at increasing the production capacity of the applicant, expanding the market positions and increasing the competitiveness of Pandour Ltd. The project is implemented on the territory of an existing business site in the town of Dobrich and is aimed at meeting the needs of enterprises in the food industry who produce different types of cheeses and cheeses. In connection with the planned expansion of the activity as a result of the increased demand for the manufactured products, "Pandour" Ltd needs the introduction of new and modern machines for processing of metal components. As a result of the implementation, the project envisages the following results: increased production capacity, productivity, and thus competitiveness as a whole, financial results (increase in net sales revenue) and increased export potential.
