Improvement of production capacity in BG Steel Ltd.

BG Steel Ltd. was founded in 2003. The initial vision for development is related to offering services in the field of processing sheet metal.Gradually, the performance of all metal-working operations on one product transforms the company into a manufacturer of components for the machinery industry, focusing on equipment for specialised transport vehicles. The enterprise produces the following main product groups: -platforms for equipping cars for people with reduced mobility;the platforms constitute a system of all metal details that is equipped with an electrical part by the final customer in Germany -attached inventory for service cars, supporting adjacent road areas for final customer in the Netherlands -hulls for separate waste collection systems in an urban environment for final customer in Germany With a smaller share of production are the following product groups, in which production will not be invested under the project: -hulls for vending machines for personal protective equipment in the industrial manufacturing -hulls for pellet boilers -hulls for medical equipment The enterprise faces the inability to take on the increasing volume of orders from leading companies in the production of specialised transport vehicles in the EU, as the demand for units and systems for them,produced by BG Steel, is rising continuously due to the highly competitive combination of quality, time-periods and price that the company offers. In support of the main economic activity under NACE 29.32Manufacture of other parts and accessories for motor vehicles, under the project will be implemented the following: -Activity on improvement of the production capacity by investing in a punching machine, improving the punching process -Activity on improvement of the production capacity by investing in an bending machine, improving the bending process -Activity on improvement of the production capacity by investing in a powder painting line, improving the dyeing process
