Improvement of production capacity in Unit Total Real Ltd.

Unit Total Real Ltd. was established in 1995, with the initial activity import of cars and standard auto parts. In 2001, the company focuses its foreign trade activity on the import of equipment and accessories for off-road vehicles, becoming the official representative for Bulgaria of Taubenreuther (Germany), ARB (Australia), WARN (USA), OLD MAN EMU (Australia). In 2005 the enterprise started its own production of automotive equipment. The company has signed a 10-year partnership with the car manufacturer Renault, which assigned to Unit Total Real Ltd. the development and manufacture of components and systems for initial installation in the manufacturer's load range. Today, the enteprise's principal activity is manufacturing, the company produces the following main product groups: - Equipment for pneumatic air suspensions for cars; - Parts and accessories for off-road vehicles, incl. off-road parts and accessories; - Drawbars, luggage compartments, parts of interior fittings, embedded in jeeps; At present, Unit Total Real Ltd. faces the impossibility of assuming the growing volume of export orders due to its fully occupied production capacity. The closest place in the chain of operations is the cutting operation of metallic components, therefore, in support of the main economic activity under NACE 29.32 "Manufacture of other parts and accessories for cars", under the project will be implemented activity for improvement of the production capacity by investing in: - Automatic laser portal cutting machine for metal sheets – 1pc., improving the processes laser cutting and cutting of pipe profiles; The investment will improve the production capacity by implementing the latest generation technological power that will allow the expansion of the Bulgarian and European market positions through the possibility of executing more and more complex orders in even shorter terms with guaranteed top quality.
