Improvement of production capacity in PROTOTIPY I SPECIALNI MACHINI Ltd.

Prototypes and special machines Ltd. started its activity in 2013. The firm implements projects for the rationalization of the work zones in the heavy industry by designing modification of the working zones, producing the parts, necessary for their construction and embedding them in the new/rationalized work areas. The purpose of rationalization of work areas is to increase productivity by optimizing the set of platforms, lifting equipment, work tables and their position relative to machines, i.e. improving logistics production. The company's activity for each project includes engineering, constructive documentation of each individual component, production, construction. The company is unable to take on the growing demand, incl. by foreign machine-building companies due to the very limited production capacity and due to outsourcing the production of the main components for the realization of the projects. In support of the main economic activity under NACE 28.22 "Manufacture of lifting and handling equipment", under the project will be implemented activities for improvement of the production capacity by investing in the following tangible fixed assets: - Bended pipe machine with mandrel - 1pc. - Blasting-set chamber - 1 pc. - Sawing machine - 1 pc. - Radial drilling machine - 1 pc. - Professional welding tables - 2 pcs. - Welding apparatus - 1 pc. The acquisition of the above-mentioned assets will add new powers, will eliminate the assignment of the major processing activities to subcontractors, accelerate, mechanize and automate the main production processes, i.e. it will result in significant improvement, therefore the production will increase with guaranteed quality and shortened production deadlines. In summary, the investment under the project will have a direct impact on improving the production capacity of the enterprise and increasing its export potential, as well as increasing export earnings.
