Improving the production capacity at PATLIDGANSKI Ltd.

PATLIDGANSKI Ltd. was established in 2007. The company initially provided only the service "laser cutting of sheet metal parts", and then a complete range of high quality metalworking services. In 2008, the enterprise started producing its own products, the first of which is a shower drain. In the last decade, it has established lasting partnerships with machine-building companies and started producing parts for them. At present, the company produces the following main product groups: - each individual component for the production of elevators /control panels, buttonholes, cabin and all of the equipment to it, doors, other parts and linings/; - concert stands for audio speakers; - panels for control panels and whole control panels for management of: pellet burners and pellet boilers; of oil, gas and electricity boards; - outer metal shell for gaming machines; The enterprise faces the inability to take on the increasing volume of orders from machine-building and equipment-building manufacturers in Bulgaria and the EU, as the demand for the diverse production of metal components produced by PATLIDGANSKI Ltd. increases continuously due to the quality, the terms and the price that the company offers, but the production capacity in the main stages of the products’ realization is fully occupied. In support of the main economic activity under NACE 25.99 “Manufacture of other fabricated metal products n.e.c”, and as an investment in all product groups, the following activities will be carried out under the project: - Activity for improvement of the production capacity by investment in 2pcs. Bending presses, improving the bending process; - Activity for improvement of the production capacity by investment in 1pc. Laser inscription machine, improving the processes laser inscribing and engraving;
