Improving production capacity in "Lesto Product" Ltd.

Lesto Product Ltd. produces units, parts, details of ferrous and non-ferrous metals by construction documentation of leading machine-building and equipment-building companies from the Czech Republic, France, Switzerland and Austria. The predominant product group combines parts for special purpose machines - crimping machines for wire and optic cables, solar panel inverters and electronic modules for power electronics products, welding equipment. The remaining volume of production is realised within the following two product groups: - parts for lifting machines - in particular air-conditioning of trains and trams; - parts for pumps and compressors; The main competitive advantages are quality identical to those of the international leaders in the manufacture of the relevant parts for machine-building at lower cost and in shorter deadlines. With these advantages in the context of participation in a supranational production chain in vast by volume machine-building sectors, orders are growing constantly and the company faces a major difficulty: a total production capacity of over 75% on monthly average and an exhausted capacity for high-performance laser cutting. In support of the main economic activity under NACE 28.99 "Manufacture of other special purpose machines not classified elsewhere", under this project will be implemented an activity for improvement of the production capacity by investing in: - Fiber laser machine with automatic loading and unloading system - 1pc. The investment will increase the production capacity by implementing the latest generation “most productive” technology for laser cutting that will allow the company to expand its positions on the Bulgarian and European markets through the ability to execute more and more complicated orders in even shorter terms with guaranteed top quality.
