"Increasing Production Capacity in BLU STAR CO LTD"

BLU STAR CO LTD is a producer of mining and construction machinery. Activity with NACE.BG 2008: NACE.BG 2008 28.92 Manufacture of machinery for mining and quarrying The project proposal is aimed at increasing the competitiveness of BLU STAR CO LTD  and its more successful presence on national and foreign markets by increasing production volumes, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity, reducing production costs, improving the products offered. The project includes investments for the purchase and commissioning of state-of-the-art high-tech equipment under the "minimum investment aid" regime. The project activities are aimed at improving the production capacity of BLU STAR CO LTD. By implementing them, the objectives set in the project will be achieved through investments aimed at: - improvement of production processes; - reduction of production costs; - improvement of the products offered. Outcomes of the project implementation: • - Increase of the Internal Rate of Return - 16,88%; • Increase in net sales revenue - 158.95%; • Productivity increase - 23.15%; • Realization of exports of finished products - 30.56% (Average value of net export sales revenue for the projected period in the Business Plan). Project activities have as their main object the implementation of initial investments in tangible assets and assets to expand the capacity of an existing business site and, after its realization, the enterprise will be able to produce more than at least one of the products already produced while maintaining a basic production process.
