Radev Print Ltd. is a small production company specializing in high technology transfer prints and the printing the transfers on textile. In recent years, the business has been focused towards increasing the orders and penetrate external markets which has created new challenges for the company. One of the main difficulties is the new level of competitiveness that Radev Print Ltd. is now up against. Most established manufacturers in Western European countries are already a step ahead by offering technologically advanced and efficient solutions for increased production capacity. Therefore, in order to remain competitive on the European market, our company needs to take action to overhaul our production processes. To achieve our manufacturing goals we plan to purchase an Automatic print transfer printing system which will help expand the company production capacity and increase the earnings in our export business. The following actions are planned to be implemented as a part of this project: 1 / Activity to improve production capacity. The expected economic impact of the implementation of the project: Increase in net sales revenue by 21,98 %; Increase productivity by 17,23 % and Change in average export earnings by 584,78 %.
