Interpro SA is a young company specialized in the production of metal constructions for high-tech glass floors mainly designed for sports halls and playgrounds offering a whole new range of visual experiences. At the same time, these glass floors meet all industry standards and are suitable for all kinds of sports, events, trade fairs or retail. Since 2017, the marketing strategy of the enterprise has been directed primarily towards the foreign market, especially in Germany, where we have succeeded in winning customers. The high requirements for product quality and the term of execution of this market determine the need for new production capacities. In order to be competitive on the German market, our enterprise must take action aimed at improving the production processes. In order to achieve its development goals, Interpro SA plans to implement this project, including the purchase of 4 fixed assets, which will directly contribute to the expansion of the company's capacity and to increase the export revenues. The following actions are planned to be implemented as a part of this project: 1 / Activity to improve production capacity. The expected economic impact of the implementation of the project: Increase in net sales revenue by 24.6 %; Increase productivity by 24.6% and Change in average export earnings by 42.55 %.
