Improving production capacity and expanding export potential of the Company Euroquarts – MV Ltd.

The main activity of Euroquarts MV Ltd. Pleven is producing sand in different fractions (0.63 mm, 2 mm., 4 mm.) for the need of construction industry. The finished product is the main raw material for the production of asphalt, concrete products and fine lime mixtures. The production activity of the company is concentrated in a ballast area of 100 acre, situated in Cherkovitca village, Municipality of Nikopol. On the production site is sorted, crushed and flushed pre-mined inert material through a crushing – sorter plant with a capacity of 40 tons/hour. The available equipment is an obsolete technology characterized by low efficiency, high production costs, which in turn determine the low production capacity of the whole structure. This project envisages the purchase of a new stationary sand production plant - different fractions – which will provide a site capacity of 240 tons/hour. The increased capacity will ensure the satisfaction of demand and the opportunity to export the company’s abroad – in Romania. The project will be implemented within 12 moths within the scope of the applicable “Regional Investment Aid” according to the Regulation of European Commission №651/2014 and it has as its main object the realization of initial investments in tangible assets for expansion economic site – the ballast of the company, located in village of Cherkovitca, municipality of Nikopol.
