Improvement of the production capacity in RESAPAK Ltd.

RASAPACK LTD is a leading manufacturer in Shumen of transport packages / cardboard boxes / of corrugated cardboard three-ply and five-ply corrugated cardboard. The project for offering and expanding the capacity of the existing site for the production of corrugated cardboard boxes and boxes, by purchasing and putting into operation of: 1.A fully automated high-performance production line for packaging /cardboardboxes / of corrugated cardboard. The current production of transport packaging is carried out on several depreciated machines with predominant manual labor with 5 workers and a great deal of waste of time and materials. The company has a machine with only 2 printed sections and when there are orders of 3,4 or 5 pieces, they are imposed 2 or 3 times in order to execute the printing operations. The procedure for the purchase of a new and automatic line for the production of packages / cardboardboxes / of corrugated cardboard and corrugated paper consists of 5 printed sections and is transferred to different articles which are produced fully automatic without any loss of time and material. In addition, printing operations up to 5 colors are performed simultaniously. The new line will increase productivity and will only be serviced by 2 workers. 2.Production line for large format packaging boxes made of corrugated cardboard. Currently for the manufacturing of large format cartons boxes (2400 * 1676 mm) the company uses a subcontractor for the printing. "Rotostanza" 66 served by 2 employes punches the corrugates cardboard, then manually 4 other employes tear off and clean the waste and stack the product. The acquisition of a Production line for large format packaging boxes, subject of this project, the printing, punching, tearing off, cleaning and stacking of large format cartons will be done faster, with better quality, just with 2 employes. Through the planned investments under the project, the company will significantly improve its production capacity.
