Improvement of production capacity in FILSON-MILK Ltd.

"FILSON-MILK" Ltd. is engaged in the production of machines for agriculture and forestry with the code KID-2008 - 28.30, and is specialized in the production of milking installations. The applicant has the need to respond to increased consumer demand with full production capacity, to improve the quality and competitiveness of its production, and to expand its position in national and international markets. The company exploits old technologies and equipment to implement production processes that lead to low productivity, high production costs, poor quality of manufactured products, need for optimization of the production process, and lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes. In order to meet these needs, the project is aimed at implementing an activity to improve the production capacity of the enterprise by investing in high-tech production equipment, namely the purchase of 1 CNC Hydraulic Guillotine Scissor (FTA №1), 1 CNC Hydraulic Extruder (FTA №2) and 1 piece pipe bending machine (FTA № 3) under the regional investment aid scheme, related to the expansion of the capacity of the existing economic object of the applicant. The expected results of the project are related to improving the production capacity and competitiveness of the enterprise, increasing its export potential, achieving higher productivity and increasing production volumes, optimizing the production process, reducing production costs per unit of production, and improving of the quality of the products offered. The project is directly geared to equality and non-discrimination, as well as sustainable development.
