Improvement of the production capacity in NATANAIL Ltd.

"NATANAIL" Ltd. is specialized in production of parametric protection cabins for machines with computer numerical control and metal parts for industrial aspiration systems. At present, with its available production capacities, the plant reaches its maximum production capacity and operates in full load mode. For the needs of CNC machine cabins and details of aspiration systems with a view to optimize the production processes as well as after conducting of procedures for selecting a contractor, according to the requirements of Decree № 160 of the Council of Ministers, a new high-productive equipment will be purchased: - Automatic Laser Portal Machine - 1 pc. The machine will be implemented in the enterprise's technology chain and will purposefully reinforce the production of the two major product groups. Purchasing of this production equipment is essential for the overall increase of the company's capacity, its successful presence in the national and foreign markets by increasing the volume of the produced and realized production, optimizing the working processes, achieving higher productivity and improving the products offered. To overcome the constraints to the future development of the company, the following main activity will be included: 1. "Activity to improve the production capacity" The successful implementation will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing the production capacity of the company, enhancing the export potential and expanding the positions at the local market. At the same time, the company will increase its productivity, will increase its generated export earnings, will improve the efficiency of production costs, which will result in an optimal return on the investment made. During the implementation of the project, all requirements for visualization, publicity, information and communication will be met.
