Improving the production capacity of NSC Consult EOOD

NSS Consult Ltd. is a company which offers information technology services. The services provided consist mainly in the development, installation and commissioning of customized customer specifications. To date, in order to carry out its activities, the company uses industrial programmers with the help of the software in the electronic circuit boards. Each board, once programmed, passes a test to determine its proper functioning by means of a microscope. Programming and testing of circuit boards with industrial programmers and microscopes is an outdated method that takes a lot of time and involves the invariable involvement of a human factor. With the implementation of this project proposal NSS Consult Ltd. aims to purchase an automated production line for programming and functional testing of PCBs. The process of implementing the software on the PCBs and the testing process for their correct operation will be automated by means of the purchase plan. This automation of the process will lead to a significant improvement in the production capacity of the company, as well as higher precision and better quality of the final product. This, in turn, will lead to an improvement in the company's competitiveness by enabling a larger volume of orders to be executed for shorter terms and achieving better results. The objectives to be achieved with the implementation of the project are exactly in line with the objective objective of the procedure, namely "Improving the production capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises in order to increase their competitiveness and increase their export potential". Automation of processes is a direction that is covered in the thematic area of ISIS mechatronics and clean technologies.
