The project proposal is targeted at increasing the capacity of the existing enterprise of Raya EOOD in Stara Zagora for the production of labels. This will be achieved through the purchase and commissioning of high-performance, automated finishing machines: Sliter machine-1pc, Folding and gluing machine-1pc, Inspection machine-1pc, Cutting machine-1pc and Machine for RFID labels-1pc. The company offers its customers high-quality printing output, roll offset printing, roll flexo printing and sheet offset printing. With the realization of this project, the purchase of the described machines, the company will solve a number of technological problems in finishing processes of labeling production, which are the "bottle neck" of the whole production cycle. Currently, many of the finishing processes of cutting, fusing, RFID chip laying on the label, or inspection of finished products are done manually or semi-automatically with manually controlled machines. Therefore, although the printing presses hve high capacity (the previous technological process), the company may not fully use the capacity due to the slow implementation of the finishing processes - the technological problems described leads to delays in the process of finishing, resulting in a delays in the whole production cycle and therefore low production capacity. To overcome the limitations described above, this project provide high-performance, automated finishing machines, and the company will begin to produce more labels - label production will exceed 75.22 million pcs/ year (with a current capacity of 66,24 million pcs/ year). The project is being implemented in the field of "New Technologies in the Creative and Creative Industries" of the Innovation Strategy for Smart Specialization.
