The current project proposal is targeted at improving the production capacity of the existing Milkotester OOD business premises in Belovo for producing milk analyzers. This will be achieved through the implementation of the present investment project, the purchase and commissioning of PCB assembly line - 1 pc., Coating machine with perilen - 1 pc., CNC Lathe - 1 pc. and Lathe Swiss type - 1 pc. With the implementation of this project, the purchase of the described machines, the company will solve a number of technological problems and will automate manual operations, which are bottleneck of the entire production cycle. The milling of the parts of the produced milk analyzers is currently being carried out with a low capacity, slowly, as the company does not have a high-performance small lathe nor a swiss type lathe for the milling process. In the other main process of manufacturing the circuit boards for the devices, the assembly of the boards and the application of a polymeric coating for sealing the manufactured board are also manually and partially automated processes. The purchase of the new machines will overcome the problems described above, they will increase the production capacity of details and circuit boards for the milk analyzers and so the company will start producing more milk analyzers (the currently produced product) - it will increase the production capacity of the company from the current 4300 pcs. to over 6,000 pieces milk analyzers / yr.
