Investments for improving the production capacity of Denito OOD

The specific objective of the project of Denito OOD is to improve the production capacity of the company to produce ready meals. This will be achieved through the implementation of an activity for improving the production capacity through the purchase of new production equipment: • 3D cutting machine for slices, strips and cubes from vegetables – 2 • 1D cutting machine for transverse slices from elongated vegetables – 1 • Dynamic checkweigher (type 1) – 1 • Dynamic checkweigher (type 2) – 1 • Combined line for metal detection and check weighing – 1 • Tunnel metal detector – 1 • X-ray scanner – 1 • Filling and closing machine – 1 • Labeling system for labels at the top, bottom, face and back of the product – 1 • Labeling system – 1 The main purpose of the project is to increase the company’s capacity to produce ready meals. The purchase of the new equipment will contribute to: • Improving the production process through new modern and automated machines, which will optimize the work of the company and will reduce the low quality products to a minimum. • Decreasing production costs through the introduction of more automated processes and increase of the productivity, reducing the production time for numerous processes. • Improving the current products of the company by modern technologies that will help Denito to apply even stricter quality standards. Because of the project, the competitiveness of the company will increase both on the national market, as well as on the external market. In the long term, the project will contribute to the increase of the net revenue, the productivity and the exports.
