Investments to improve ASPRO Ltd.'s production capacity

Need Over the last few years, ASPRO has been working to improve its capacity to take advantage of the growing opportunities in the market it is working on. We bought machines that helped the company work better, with several technological challenges left to overcome that need to invest in three new machines to improve production processes and capacity. With the project investment we will overcome the problems arising from weaknesses in the bending processes in specific shapes, the cleaning of details, as well as the insufficient production capacity for welding. Objectives The overall objective of the project is to contribute to enhancing competitiveness and improving the export potential of ASPRO Ltd. The specific objective of the project is to improve the production capacity in 3 stages of the technological cycle by purchasing 3 tangible assets. Activities In order to achieve the stated objectives, the following activity is planned: "Activity for improving the production capacity of ASPRO Ltd.", which will be accomplished by purchasing: 1 pc. Automatic welding portal system with two subflusal heads 1 pc. Shot blasting machine for metal details 1 pcs. 4 rolls Plate rolling machine for sheet material with CNC control Results - improving production processes - increasing production capacity, improving the welding process, reducing the use of external services and thus improving production control and speeding up the technological cycle. - reduction of production costs - due to dropping external services, increased staff productivity, reduced production costs and reduced waste / loss. - product improvement - greater precision in product properties by automated processes. ASPRO Ltd. will implement the project in line with the EU's horizontal policies as well as in one of the priority areas of Innovation strategy for smart specialization.
