The main business activity of ,,Fluid 62’’ Ltd is: Manufacturing of Industrial Refrigeration and Ventilation equipment. The current project proposal’s aim is production capacity improvement. The production capacity improvement within the company will result in the following effect: - Improving the company’s competitiveness; - Boosting the export capacity of the company’s production; - Optimizing the manufacturing process; - Productivity growth; - Reducing the product cost; Increase of the volume of the company’s products - industrial air conditioning ventilation cameras, industrial air conditioner cameras, industrial air conditioner ducts/conduits, industrial ventilation machinery details; - Improving the production quality; - Increasing the resource efficiency through reduced energy-consumption and technological scrap. The company will get these results through investment in the following fixed assets: 1. CNC Hydraulic folding press - 1 piece. 2. Automated technological line for production of round ducts – 1 piece. 3. Automated technological line for production of round joints – 1 piece. Buying and installing the new equipment will affect the manufacturing process within the company to be in accordance with the EU horizontal policies for equality and sustainable development as: - environmental protection by reducing noise, vibration, production waste; - Increasing the resource efficiency through reduced energy–consumption, time-saving technology processes and reduced production scrap and carbon emissions.
