Improvement of production capacity in "TRANSTEH" Ltd.

"TRANSTEH" Ltd. is a company established in 2000 and carries out a main economic activity, classified by code according NACE 2008 C 31.09 Manufacture of other furniture, which includes manufacture of furniture of metal - chairs, including upholstery. The main objective of the present project is to improve the production capacity of the enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness and its export potential. The project will be implemented through the following activity: Activity 1. Activity for improvement of the production capacity of the applicant / parts 1 and 2 /. As part of the implementation of the activity, the following tangible asset needed for the project implementation will be acquired and will lead to the improvement of the production capacity: Robotic welding system - 1 piece. Through the project realization, the obstacles to the competitive development of the enterprise and its export activity and potential due to the following factors will be successfully overcome: - use of old technologies and equipment to implement production processes; - high production costs and need for optimization of the production chains; - lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes; - lower quality of the produced products. The investments made in FTA will directly lead to improvement of the production capacity of the company through: - improvement of production processes, incl. achieving higher productivity and increasing the volume of the produced products; - reduction of production costs; - improvement of the offered products . As a result of this, the main objective of the project will be achieved, which corresponds directly to the purpose of procedure BG16RFOP002-2.040 Improvement of production capacity in SMEs.
