Improving production capacity in Ecoengineering 96 Ltd

Ecoengineering 96 Ltd. was founded in 1996. The company’s initial vision for development is related to offering services in the field of laser cutting of sheet metal and subsequent/ forwarding cutting operations–bending, welding and others. Offering all of the basic metal-working operations with high quality, gradually the company becomes a manufacturer of components for the machine engineering industry. The enterprise produces the following main product groups: - parts for woodworking machines - special equipment for soil-processing machines - details and units for grinding machines - hulls for tumbling rollers The company faces the inability to take on the increasing volume of orders from leading companies in the production of specialised processing machines in Bulgaria and in the EU, as the demand for parts, special equipment, details, units and hulls for them, produced by Ecoengineering 96 Ltd., is constantly increasing due to the combination of quality, time-limits and price that the company offers. Ecoengineering 96 Ltd. has sufficient capacity for bending and welding, as well as laser cutting without nitrogen, but the last operation - over 50% of the cut components are thermally deformed. The capacity for laser cutting with nitrogen, which ensures no deformations, is completely filled, and the project aims to add new capacity and gradually shift to predominantly nitrogen cutting. In support of the main economic activity under NACE 28.49 "Production of other processing machines", under the project will be implemented: - Activity on improvement for the production capacity by investing in a fiber laser machine, improving the laser-cutting process and increasing the total laser-cutting capacity with nitrogen by over 85%; As a result of the investment, under this project, the quantity production in the main product groups and the exported parts for supporting machines for railway transport will increase by 40 to 90% in the different product groups.
