Improvement of production capacity in Security Smart Systems Ltd.

SECURITY SMART SYSTEMS LTD was established in 1994 with main activity printed circuit boards assembly/ saturation of PCBs and their incorporation into final mechatronic products such as alarm stations, remote and power supply units, cash registers, solid-state lighting, sensors, electronic units for safety boxes, fire detectors, remote data transmitters, GSM modules for lifts. The company is one of the few Bulgarian companies which produces finished products in contrast to the majority in the sector whose activity is limited to assembly of PCBs. The higher added value of the products comes incl. from product engineering, instead of subcontracted production based on customer documentation. The production capacity of the enterprise cannot meet the increased demand from Bulgarian and foreign customers with constantly increasing requirements for greater volumes within shorter deadlines, quality, complexity of boards and finished products. In the present project, in support of the main economic activity under NACE-2008 26.51 "Manufacture of instruments and appliances for measuring, testing and navigation”, activities have been incorporated for the improvement of the production capacity by improving the production processes in order to increase the export potential of the candidate. Those activities will be realized through investment in: - Robot for automatic loading of feeders for SMD components-2pcs. - Robot for optical inspection of solder paste of the SMD components-1pc. - Automatic machine for testing of boards and software loading on the boards - 1pc. - Robot for protective lacquering of PCBs - 1pc. - Robot for automatic surface mounting of SMD components-1pc. - Digital punching machine -1pc. Through the project, the applicant will optimize and expand the capacity of all main production processes, respectively the total production capacity, which will strengthen and expand the positions of the company on the international market.
