Improving the production capacity of VAL - BEG Ltd.

Val-Beg Ltd. was founded in 2006 in the town of Gabrovo. Its main economic activity is the production of plastic packaging. The company's main and only manufactured product is Bag-in-Box (BiB) disposable bags, which are used to pack and transport various types of products: wine, juices, milk and more. Bag-in-Box (BiB) is an envelope of polyethylene , triplex / polyethylene and metalized polypropylene/ plastic faucet and has many advantages, including: low price, low weight, recycling, easy to use. Currently, plastic bags are made from a low-productivity polyethylene extruder with a working width of 600 mm and a maximum output of 50 kg/h, a triplex line and plastic crank syringes. Now the production is characterized by its low productivity and frequent severe accidents due to disturbances and frequent stops of electricity supply to the production base of the company in the village of Vranilovtsi, Gabrovo Municipality. The present project proposal is for an acquisition and commissioning of a high-output Extruder for the production of polyethylene with a working width of 900 mm and a maximum output up to 100 kg / hour, UPS and Diesel generator needed to increase the production of plastic envelopes and the trouble-free operation of the equipment. With the investments planned for the project, Val-Beg Ltd. will stabilize and improve its production capacity.
