"Improving production capacity in "Prisoe Pack" JSco"

This project proposal is aimed at creating a new production plant of Prisie Pack AD in the town of Tvarditsa for production of machine parts and parts with a larger number of arable surfaces that will be used to produce a variety of machines for the heavy, light, construction and food industries. This will be achieved through purchasing and commissioning of a Vertical Machining Center and a Horizontal Machining Center. By purchasing and commissioning the new assets the company will overcome serious problems in the production process related to limited production capacity, production cost efficiency, and quality of production. The new machines are high-tech, automated and extremely precise, bringing all the advantages of CNC machines - high kinematic and technological precision, rapid changeover from one workpiece to another, reduction of the subjective factor in the production process, processing more sophisticated details. This will inevitably lead to an increase in productivity, an increase in average revenue generated by exports, due to the possibility of new orders being accepted by foreign customers, as well as increased production cost efficiency and lower production costs. As a result of the improvement of the machine details production process the company is expected to increase the productivity of these parts by about 100 %, compared to the current production. This, in turn, will lead to a positive change and increase in net sales revenue.
