Improvement of production capacity in Spectrum 91 Ltd.

"Spektar 91" Ltd. was established in 1991. The company's activity is the design, production, delivery and installation of machines and technological lines in the food industry with specialization in the processing and preserving of fruits and vegetables. The company has worked to promote it as an innovative canning plant, offering comprehensive engineering services to ensure the implementation of modern technologies in the field of canning. The company works in several directions: - Design and production of lines for processing of fruit and vegetable cans; - Design and production of lines for processing of fruits and vegetables before freezing; - Design and production of lines for dosing and filling of dense fluids; - Designing and manufacturing of thermoforming filling machines - for thermoforming of packaging from sheet PVC or polystyrene material packing, dosing in them dense food. products (honey, jam, jam, mustard, mayonnaise, salads, etc.) to seal with aluminum foil and cut into final shape. For the activities related to the project proposal the company provides for investment in new high-tech equipment, namely: 1. milling and drilling machine - 1 piece; 2. carboflex disk dismantling machine - 1 piece; 3. Semi-automatic column band sawing machine - 1 piece; 4. piston compressor - 1piece; 5. combined inverter for argon welding - 1 piece; 6. quadriflate hydraulic bending machine for CNC sheet material - 1 piece; 7. Horizontal lathe with extended body - 1 piece; 8. electric car - 1 piece. The introduction of new high-performance equipment will increase production capacity, improve resource efficiency and efficiency of the production process, and improve the quality of finished products
