Improvement of the production capacity of IT ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD

IT ASSET MANAGEMENT LTD is a leading Bulgarian IT asset management consultancy company, which assists with its services its clients to undertake quality new solutions for building and securing stable, efficient, effective, secure and compatible IT infrastructure. In an effort to expand its position in the fast-growing IT sector, the company focuses on developing and offering innovative IT services within market niches and the market demand expectations at European and international level. In order to realize this idea, the project envisages the purchase and commissioning of an innovative IT platform, which is aimed at optimizing and improving the IT services related to the technical condition, the guarantee and post-warranty servicing of gas-fueled vehicles. With the deployment of the platform, it will automate the work with customers and data. So far, this type of service, such as support requests, bug reports, and issues, were received by phone, letter, e-mail, fax, and so on. Their processing, distribution and carrying out of the necessary activities took place on various channels, insufficiently organized and with many unnecessary operations and waste of time. The implementation of the project will introduce an information system that will cover all parts of the processes that connects with the clients with the possibility of using a knowledge database on the ways of implementing an option or solving a problem. The software purchased under the project will be installed and maintained in the office of the company in Pazardzhik. After the acquisition of the platform, the enterprise will improve its production capacity and will be able to expand its volume and optimize the IT services offered so far and increase its exports by offering innovative IT solutions in the field of servicing gas-fueled cars.
