Improvement of the production capacity of "Buleko 2000" Ltd

The current project proposal is targeted at increasing the production capacity of Buleco 2000 Ltd. for the production of liquid detergents and cleaning products for domestic and professional use and toilet preparations. This will be achieved through the introduction into the production process of the company of a Raw material doser - 1, Inspection machine - 1, Automatic product dosing system - 1, Blister machine - 1 pc. and Packaging Software-1, which will allow the company to optimize and overcome bottlenecks in the production process, thereby improving main manufacturing processes, namely: providing raw materials according to recepy, mixing products, inspecting the production, primary and secondary packaging. With the purchaze of the assets, the processes of receiving raw materials and mixing products in the production of liquid products will be significantly improved. Inspection of bottled liquid products will be carried out entirely automated with video cameras, not manually, at a performance of 40 shots per second. In the stage of secondary packaging of liquid products, a software calculation of the optimal packaging will be applied, which will lead to a reduction in the production time. With these workflow improvements, Buleco 2000's production capacity for liquid products will increase from 3mln.kg./yr. to 3,19mln.kg./yr. In the primary packaging (blistering) unit of the WC products, a mechanical blistering will be introduced by thermo-bonding, thus completely eliminating the manual attachment of the blister to the cardboard base by stapling. This will improve the quality of primary packaging and will significantly increase production to 5000pcs./shift and the production capacity of cleaning and toilet preparations will reach 1.73mln.kg./yr. (at 1.63mln.kg./yr. now). The project is implemented in ISIS Themathic objective 3 "Healthy Life and Biotechnology Industry".
