"RMZ MIHAILOV" Ltd. - Vratza was established in 2007. The main scope of activity of the company is the production of metal structures; equipment and facilities for HPP; facilities for sewage treatment plants, manufacture and repair of boilers, vessels and pressure pipelines; manufacture of blanks and parts used in equipment for the chemical, metallurgical, machine-building, food and energy industries. According to the NCEA - 2008, the activity is classified in code 25.11. "Manufacture of metal structures and parts thereof". The activity is carried out in own production base in the town of Vratsa. The main challenge faced by the company at the moment is the insufficient production capacity and the inability to absorb the ever-increasing demand. Through the implementation of the current project, the existing equipment will be complemented by new, modern and high-performance metalworking equipment: Band sawing machine - 2; Combined newsletter - 1; Hydraulic 3-roll bending machine - 1; Hydraulic guillotine -1; CNC lathe - 1 pc .; The implementation of the machines in the production process will lead to: 1. Increasing production capacity by over 36,000 kg. metal structures, equipment and elements / per year; 2. Increasing the export potential of PMZ MIHAILOV EOOD. At the end of the projection period, more than 17 000 kg / year is planned to be realized on the foreign markets; 3. Increasing Productivity; 4. Increase in net sales revenue; Within the framework of the project activities are foreseen for the selection of a supplier (in accordance with the procedure described in the Guidelines for the Implementation of OPIC Contracts 2014-2020, ZUESEF and CMD No. 160 / 01.07.2016), delivery, installation and putting into operation of equipment. The total value of the investment is BGN 568 168.62, excluding VAT. The planned duration of the project is 12 months.
