Improving the production capacity of Gerar Ltd by expanding the production capacity

This project proposal provides for the realization of an investment plan including purchase and entry into operation of production machines and technological equipment for the expansion and modernization of the machine fleet in order to improve the production capacity and to increase the export potential needed to ensure competitive production of tables for resting, stairs for restaurants and eco-houses, barpolots, recreational arbors, eagles, jackals and hunters for hunting. The project is aimed at obtaining a grant from Jerar Ltd. for realization of an investment intention aimed at expanding the capacity of an existing business site. In connection with the analysis of the production processes and the planned expansion of the activity, in response to the needs of the market, identified need to implement additional production capacities by purchasing "Cutting aggregate 1 pc.", "Circular saw blade 1 pc.", "Pendular saw blade 1 pc." and "Intra-Machine Load Machine 1". Pursuing its main goal, namely to be a modern, growing, competitive company, Jerar Ltd aims to improve production processes and power to increase production capacity while at the same time increasing quality and shortened technological time by seeking the best methods for this. As a result of the implementation of the project proposal, it is envisaged to increase production capacity, productivity, adding quality characteristics to our products and enhancing export potential, resulting in better financial performance, added value, sustainable growth and expansion of market positions at national and international level.
