Improvement of production capacity in FILIKS-M Ltd.

FILIKS-M Ltd. was founded in 1992 and currently is a leading manufacturer by screen printing method of various screen printing products - prospectuses, calendars, stickers, labels, packaging, flexible foil keyboards and control panels for various types of electronic products. Packaging and advertising printing activities are in a highly competitive and dynamic market.Every year, new technologies are introduced, allowing for greater freedom of expression and special effects. Consumer demand is changing rapidly and new market are created in correlation with new and available technologies. To respond to market dynamics and customer expectations, it is important for the company to develop at a fast and stable pace. This is taken into account with the implementation of this project, whose main objective is to improve the production capacity, profitability and enhance the export of FILIKS-M Ltd. Expected results from the implementation of the project are: - increasing the volume, quality and variety of manufacturing products; - reduction of production time, the quantity of scrapped articles and cost; - reducing the amount of raw materials, goods and energy, lowering the costs; - Increase profitability, revenue and profit. The project will be realized through investments in Long-term durable assets - purchase of 8 new machines in order to expand the capacity and scope of the technological operations of the business site.The implementation of the project will contribute to the successful solution of the company's problems and constraints due to the lack of sufficient production capacity, the use of obsolete technologies and high production costs resulting in lower quality of the produced goods and the impossibility of increasing the volume of production and expansion of the assortment. The project will be stable and sustainable. It will generate positive results, which will be used long time after its successful realization by both FILIKS-M Ltd. and its clients.
