Improvement of production capacity in MASTER LTD.

"MASTER" Ltd. has the scope of activity "Manufacture of other general purpose machinery, not elsewhere classified" under code KID-2008 - 28.29, and specializes in the production of general purpose machinery. The applicant needs to respond to the increased consumer demand with a full production capacity, as well as to increase the quality and competitiveness of its production and to expand its position on national and international markets. The company exploits old technologies and equipment to implement production processes that lead to low productivity, high production costs, poor quality of manufactured products, need for optimization of the production process, and lack of sufficient production capacity to meet market demand volumes. In order to meet these needs, the project is aimed at implementing an activity to improve the production capacity of the enterprise by investing in high-tech production equipment, namely purchasing 1 piece Hydraulic cutter (FTA №1), 1 piece Hydraulic abcant press (FTA №2), 1 piece Horizontal Lathe (FTA №3) and 1 piece Vertical Five-axis Cutter (FTA №4), in the regional investment aid mode, connected with the expansion of the capacity of an existing business site of the Candidate. The expected results of the project are related to improving the production capacity and competitiveness of the enterprise, increasing its export potential, achieving higher productivity and increasing production volumes, optimizing the production process, reducing production costs per unit of production, and improving of the quality of the products offered. The project is directly geared to equality and non-discrimination, as well as sustainable development.
