Improving production capacity in ET "ITD-MECHANIK - IVAN DARADJANSKI"

ET ITD-MECHANIC - IVAN DARADZHANSKI is founded in 1990 with initial activity metal processing, trade and production of plastic products. In 1996, the enterprise reoriented entirely its activity to the production of moulds from the two main product groups: - injection moulds for the making/injection moulding of plastic bottles and caps - blow moulds for the blowing of plastic bottles The production is realized as the company purchases bars and slabs made of aluminum and steel, from which it produces parts, which assembles /combines in a complex configuration/, to create the unique injection mould or blow mould by the customer’s design for the particular cap or bottle or other product. The manufacture of the moulds undergoes through the following stages: - cutting of metal bars and slabs for the preparation of the metal parts - turning and/or milling for the creation of complex configuration of holes, grooves and threads on the parts - engraving complex reliefs in the active interior of the moulds; - grinding the active interior of the moulds; The company faces the inability to handle the increasing volume of orders due to fully exhausted internal capacity and outsourcing key operations, which are key for the quality of the moulds. In support of the main economic activity under NACE 28.99 “Manufacture of other special-purpose machinery n.e.c”, under the following project will be carried out activities for the improvement of the production capacity by investing in the following tangible assets, 1pc. CNC lathe, 1pc. Processing center, 1pc. Portal marking laser, 1pc. Laser for welding and 1pc. CNC cylindrical grinding machine. The investment will increase the production capacity of the company in all major operations, which will allow expansion on the Bulgarian and European market positions through the possibility of executing more and more complex orders in even shorter terms with guaranteed top quality.
