Improve the production capacity of the Riadkov 2008 Ltd.

Riadkov 2008 Ltd is a company that has been engaged in the production of ladies' and men's shoes, bags and accessories since 1997. The company has the full range of machines necessary for the production of shoes, at this stage there is a weak link and it is in the first stage of footwear production, namely knitting. At this stage it is carried out by means of a pneumatic die, and the company has four such machines. The principle of operating the pneumatic punch is by means of metal knives that are manufactured for each detail and the number of the respective shoe pattern. This is a rather outdated cutting method that has low productivity, high marriage, and hence costing and slowing down the entire production process as it can not provide enough cut materials to feed the full production capacity of the other machines. With the current project proposal, the company aims to purchase a modern cutting machine, as well as two laser ornaments machines, which besides their ability to decorate and decorate the parts, will also have a function of cutting machines. The total capacity of the three new machines is over 650 pairs per day, which will provide the opportunity to improve the production capacity of the company. The new machines have high energy efficiency. The cutting machine has a 4mm knife stroke and can cut all kinds of material needed to produce a shoe. Automating the cutting process with new machines will reduce errors and enable optimization of marriage thanks to the software CAD / CAM embedded in the cutting machine that provides optimal workload. The speed and precision of the machines will contribute to higher productivity and higher quality of the finished product.
