Improvement of the production capacity in KASTO CHEARS Ltd.

The company has long experience and traditions in production of solid wood chairs and specializes in the creation of mostly classic and contemporary models. The activity is carried out in one production line - "Upholstered chairs with wooden frames". With its available capacities, the plant reaches its maximum production capacity and operates in full load mode. To increase the production of chairs, optimization of the technological processes and after conducting procedures for selection of contractors, acc. CMC №160, new high-performance equipment will be purchased and put into operation as follows: Duplex CNC Copy-1, CNC Machining Center-1bp, Double-sided CNC Machine for Oval Chip-1pc, CNC Single-Machine for Oval Chip-1bp, Sistem Injection molding-1pcs, Surface treatment robots-2pcs, Automatic buzzer-1pc and Generator for TVC-1pc. The machines will be implemented in the company's production chain. Their purchase is necessary for the overall increase of the production capacity of the enterprise, its successful presence on the domestic and foreign markets by increasing the volume of produced and realized production, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity and improving the products offered. To overcome the constraints of the company's development, one main activity will be included: 1. Activity to improve production capacity The successful realization of the activities will have a positive effect on the achievement of the project objectives: increasing the production capacity and increasing the export potential of the company. At the same time, productivity will be increased, revenue generated by export will be raised, the efficiency of production costs will be improved and optimal returns on the investment will be achieved. During the implementation of the project, all requirements for visualization, publicity, information and communication will be met.
