Improvement of the production capacity and generation of the export potential in ALU ENGINEERING LTD through technological modernization

This project proposal aims at creating the necessary prerequisites for improving the production capacity and generation of the exportl needed to ensure sustainable growth, added value and competitive production of various PVC profiles and joinery (doors, windows, frames and thresholds). he project proposal is aimed at obtaining a grant from Alu Engineering Ltd. (a small producer of PVC doors, windows and frames, but with a rapidly growing market share) for an investment in FTA related to the expansion of the capacity of an existing business site. The project envisages increasing the production capacity and creation the export potential of the applicant. Target groups: The project is implemented on the territory of an existing business site in Varna and is aimed at meeting the needs of potential clients - construction companies and households, as well as commercial companies for joinery, from various PVC profiles. ALU ENGINEERING LTD has well-established commercial channels at national and European level. In connection with the planned expansion of the activity as a result of the increased demand for the manufactured products, Aluminum Engineering needs an additional production machine to expand the machinery by purchasing a processing center with 4 control axes for processing PVC, AL and steel profiles from 5 countries: top, front and back side length profile, left and right front sides 1 pc. The project proposal includes activities to optimize production processes by investing in the required asset to reduce production time and improve production capacities. As a result of the implementation of the investment plan it is envisaged: to increase the competitiveness of the company, to expand the machinery with the machines identified as necessary to improve the production capacity, to creation the export potential and to increase the market share.
