Improving production processes and increasing the production capacity in “Lift Grup Aspekt 1” Ltd. enterprise.

This project is aimed at improving the production processes, increasing the production capacity and expanding the export potential of “Lift Grup Aspekt 1” Ltd. through investment in purchasing, delivery, installation and start-up of modern technological laser equipment for cutting of metal sheets and metal tubes. The foreseen investment will lead to higher degree of automation of the process of production of elevators and lift parking systems in the company’s production facilities, located in the town of Vetren, Septemvri municipality. “Lift Grup Aspekt 1” Ltd. was established in 2011. Owner of the company is Silviya Mihaylova Bivolarska. The enterprise is specialised in the production of electric elevators and lift parking systems. Since its establishment, the enterprise has turned into one of the biggest producers of elevators in Bulgaria, strengthening its positions in the national and international market by continuously increasing its market share. The implementation of the project will help achieve a number of priorities which are part of the medium- and long-term business strategy of the company, namely: increased production capacity through higher degree of automation of the production process; improving the quality and at the same time – optimising the overall production costs as well as reducing the unit cost of production; expanding the market positions in the national and international market; increasing the number of employed and improving the quality of employment in the enterprise; increasing the resource effectiveness and efficiency of the production process. The implementation of the project will help overcome a number of problems facing the company, namely insufficient productivity, limited capacity for improvement of the characteristics of the company products, unsatisfactory level of automation of the production process, high production waste, etc.
