Improvement of production capacity of VALEM Ltd. in order to increase itscompetitiveness and strengthenits the export potential

Valem Ltd. is one of the leading companies with more than 20 years of tradition in the metal processing industry. The company's activity is focused on the metalworking of machines with chip - milling and turning parts and the manufacture of gears and toothbrushes. The qualification of the engineering and executive staff allows the execution of a variety of metalworking services. The company has extensive experience in the production of aluminum and steel parts with complex shape and high precision. For the past ten years Valem Ltd. has gone a long way to expand the production capacities and areas and to develop its production.Despite the current shrinking market conditions and high competition, the bidder is getting rising queries for more and more orders in ever larger volumes that define the potential for steady growth. The current workload and the built customer base give the company confidence in the investment decision - the subject of this project aimed at delivering the highest world class equipment to complement the investments already made and to bring the company to a qualitatively new stage in the European markets .The project involves the purchase of tangible fixed assets - CNC Vertical Machining Center and CNC automatic turning machines that aim to enhance the company's competitive advantages and improve production capacity. The implementation of the activities will allow the automation of a large part of the processes and the improvement of the profitability through the incorporation of new technologies.New equipment is used at different stages of the workflow and will ensure a more successful presence on national and foreign markets by increasing production volume, optimizing the production process, achieving higher productivity and improving the quality and range of products offered . The project falls under the category "expanding the capacity of an existing business site".
