Improving production capacity in CODKEY TECHNOLOGIES LTD

Codkey Technologies Ltd. was established in 2004 with the main activity manufacture of locking mechanisms. The production is based on a Swiss license, under which it is produced and used only by the world leader Abbloy and Codkey Technologies in Europe. The technology may generate 15 thousand possible combinations, which guarantees uniqueness of locking. The production contains locking mechanisms and systems, embedded in electronic devices for homes, offices, administrative buildings, hotels, premises under special supervision and controlled access and etc. The enterprise has additional activities, in which will not be invest under the following project. The main competitive advantages are a price at times lower than that of world producers, in a quality identical to theirs. With these benefits, the volume of orders increases continuously, and the company faces the difficulty of almost totally busy production capacity. In support of the main economical activity under NACE 27.90 "Manufacture of other electrical equipment", with the aim taking up the growing volume of orders and ensuring uncompromising quality of locking mechanisms at optimal cost, the company needs to implement the following activities for improvement of the production capacity through investment in the following machines from the highest technology class for all of the metal-working operations: - Processing centre - 1pc. - Blasting and polishing machine - 1pc. - Laser machine for metal pipes' cutting - 1pc. - Lathe centre - 1pc. - Robotic welding system - 1pc. The investment will increase the production capacity of the enterprise through implementing the last generation technologies, which will allow the expansion of the Bulgarian and European market positions for more and more complex orders in shorter terms with guaranteed optimal quality. The investment will realize the aim of the project, namely increasement of the export through improved competitiveness.
