Improvement of the production capacity in "Videosat" OOD

For several years, "Videosat" OOD has been active in the production of various products from paper and cardboard, including the production of products for celebrations, carnival and other entertainment. At this stage, most of the production activities in the company are carried out by manual labor and obsolete machines, which are of low productivity. A further problem is created by the small capacity of the production facilities, which leads to serious difficulties and, in some cases, the impossibility to carry out larger orders. In the framework of the implementation of the present project, new high-efficiency long term assets will be purchased: two different machines for cutting and corrugating cardboard, and a two-color flexographic printing machine with a sliding section, which will lead to a serious expansion of the production capacity of the company. The overall objective of the project is to increase the production capacity of "Videosat" OOD and the specific objectives are to strengthen the export potential of the company, improve productivity, resource efficiency and effectiveness in the company. With the implementation of the project, it is planned to launch the external market, increase the net sales revenue by over 32%, increase the productivity by over 15% and increase the resource efficiency and effectiveness, by reducing the amount of generated production marriage.
