Expanding capacity and improving quality by optimizing the production process in Sistemno Integrirane EOOD

This project proposal addresses a major challenge to the growth and development of "Sistemno Integrirane" EOOD, consisting of insufficient capacity to meet the existing demand, both in terms of quantity and quality of the hydraulic products and systems offered by the company. By investing in a new high-speed choke maker, identified bottlenecks will be eliminated and the key process for production of rotational details will be optimized, bringing about 60% growth in productivity, reducing costs and the percentage marriage output, while creating the necessary conditions for expanding the supply of products for high-end hydraulic systems with electronic control. Therefore, thanks to the project and the funding received, the competitiveness of "Sistemno Integrirane" EOOD will be increased and company's activity will be given impetus at the target markets.
