Improving the production capacity of Vacuum El System Ltd.

The project proposal under this procedure is based on analysis of the company's needs and addressing the challenges posed to its development: - Need for additional production capacity to meet market demand volumes - Need to optimize production chains and increase productivity, including achieving high quality with fewer processes and production cycle stages. Based on this, the project objectives are defined: The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the sustainable economic growth of Vacuum El System Ltd. on the foreign markets by introducing a modern technological solution for improving the production process and the efficiency of production. The specific objective of the project is to improve the production process of cutting by introducing a new laser cutting machine with a laser fiber source, which will lead to the expansion of the capacity of the business unit to produce the products of the core business code of Vacuum El System. "Activity to Improve the Production Capacity of Vacuum El System Ltd" is a necessary condition to fulfill the set objectives, and includes the purchase and commissioning of 1 laser cutting machine, which is the most advanced cutting technology, namely cutting with a "fiber" laser source. The expected results from the implementation of the project are: - improved production process of cutting and nesting, increased cutting capacity by 40% - expanded capacity of the existing Vacuum El System business unit for production of main code of economic activity products 28.99 - increased labor productivity - reduced production costs per item - improved production quality with less processing and work - increased production volumes produced and sold on foreign markets.
