"Improvement and automation of production process of Print Pres Ltd."

This project proposal is aimed at increasing production capacity of the applicant and enhancement export capacity of Print Pres Ltd. through acquisition of the following activity: Activity for improvement of the production capacity of Print Pres Ltd. The main instrument for the implementation of this activity, is buying four new high-tech machines: 1. Automatic die cutting machine; 2. Semi-automatic die cutting machine; 3. Automatic paper-layering machine; 4. Automatic machine for gluing and folding boxes. The project is implemented in the field of Mechatronics and pure technologies of the Innovation strategy for smart specialization, because buying the new machines will lead to introduction of a modern production systems for efficient resource utilization and a maximum reduce of the waste in Print Pres Ltd. The new equipment will provide continuous and consistent production process. All this will give the opportunity for the company to provide production with improved features, which will fully meet customers’ requirements. Furthermore, will be answered to the high quality corrugated packaging demand with high export potential. As a result the company will build strong competitive advantage which will result in the generation of greater return of the capital. More specifically, with the implementation of this project, the following results will be achieved: • Improving production processes; • Increasing production quantity; • Increasing the export potential of Print Pres Ltd.; • Reduction of manual labour used in production; • Improving the production capacity of the enterprise.
